Quick and Easy (Makes about 10 delicious, light, five inch pancakes)*
1 cup LifeField Buckwheat Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 3/4 cups milk
1 egg beaten
2 tablespoons butter melted
3 drops vanilla
1/2 cup water
- Sift dry mix into milk. Whisk until smooth. Add beaten egg, melted butter, vanilla and gradually add water to your liking**
- Butter skillet and heat until drops of water sizzle.
- Pour 1/4 cup of mixture onto skillet. Butter will begin to bubble. Heat approximately 1 1/2 minutes on both sides, low to medium heat.
For a delicious taste treat try LifeField Buckwheat Pancakes with blueberries. Simply stir 1/4 cup fresh blueberries into batter, then follow basic recipe.
